Description
Der Erweiterungsbau der GS Simbach am Inn besteht aus einem 2-geschossigem Schulbau und einer eingeschossigen Mensa. Die strenge Strukturierung über beide Geschoße gewährleistet eine wirtschaftliche Lastabtragung und ermöglicht ein hohes Maß an baugleichen vorgefertigten Elementen. Die Dachdecke als leicht geneigtes Satteldach wird als Brettstapeldecke im Einfeldträger- System. Die Brettstapelelemente spannen als Einfeldträger jeweils über das ca. 7,20m Raster. Die Decke über EG ist als Holz- Beton- Verbunddecke konzipiert. Die Brandschutzanforderung lautet F30 im EG/ OG. Es wird ein hoher Grand an Vorfertigung angestrebt: Außenwände: Vorfertigung in möglichst großen Elementen bestehend aus BSPH Wand, Holzriegel, Holzfaserplatte, Zellulose, Fassadenbahn, Lattung.
