Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cadre du projet de construction du bâtiment cardiovasculaire à l'Hôpital Nord, qui consiste en la construction d'un bâtiment neuf orienté cardio-vasculaire regroupant à minima : - Un plateau « chaud » d'explorations et surveillance cardiaques. Il intègre notamment des activités d'accueil des urgences cardiaques, un secteur de cardiologie interventionnelle (coronarographie et rythmologie), une unité de surveillance intensive ; - Un plateau « froid » d'hospitalisation et consultations, sur le site Nord de l'AP-HM, pour une surface SDO de l'ordre de 7 500m². C'est un bâtiment neuf dont les travaux ont été achetés via un marché global conception/ réalisation
