Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture d'orthoprothèses adultes et enfants, réparties en 2 lots. L'accord-cadre est sans minimum et avec maximum pour chaque lot pour la durée totale du contrat : soit pour le lot 01 de 1.000.000,00Euros HT et pour le lot 02 de 250.000,00Euros HT. Cette fourniture d'orthoprothèses s'accompagne de prestations (prise en charge des moulages, des mesures pour la réalisation des appareillages, livraison de ces derniers et pose sur les patients, suivi et adaptations) définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques et Particulières (CCTP). Le marché a pour objet des produits désignés dans la LPPR (Liste des produits et Prestations Remboursables) en ses Titre II et chapitre 7 : Orthoprothèses. Le marché, pour chacun des lots, fait figurer dans l'annexe à l'acte d'engagement les produits de cette liste faisant régulièrement l'objet de prescriptions
