L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le marché a pour objet : - les produits mentionnés sur les Bordereaux de Prix Unitaires (cf annexes à l'Acte d'engagement) - éventuellement d'autres produits de même nature figurant au catalogue du fournisseur et faisant l'objet d'une remise sur les prix du tarif applicable à l'ensemble de la clientèle (cf mêmes annexes). Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre, sur sa durée globale, tous lots confondus, est fixé à 1 350 000 euro(s) HT. Le montant estimé comprend la durée globale, tous lots confondus. Lieu(x) d'exécution : AP-HM, tous les sites du GHT et du Groupement des Commandes Hôtelières des Bouches-du-Rhône le cas échéant
