Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent marché concerne la prestation de fourniture d'énergie, de conduite, d'exploitation et de maintenance des installations de Production et distribution primaire de l'hôpital Conception de l'Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Marseille. Les prestations comprennent de la maintenance préventive et corrective (garantie totale) et de fourniture d'énergie sous la forme d'un marché de type MCI : - P1 : La fourniture de combustible au frais de l'entreprise et vente transparente au Maitre d'Ouvrage. - P2 : Maintenance et entretien courant dont les prestations sont définies dans les gammes de maintenance et rémunérées par un forfait préventif. - P3 : La garantie totale transparente des installations. Les montants estimatifs précisés dans la rubrique "valeur estimée HT" sont indicatifs et non contractuels et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions) sur la durée totale du marché (48 mois)
