Description
Grünflächenpflege hauptsächlich im Außenbereich (Off-Airport) - Los 1 bis Los 20. Leistungen im Landschaftsbau zur Pflege und Unterhalt von planfestgestellten Grünflächen in der freien Landschaft im Umkreis des Flughafen München (Landkreise Erding und Freising). Die Leistung ist in 20 Gebietslose unterteilt. Es handelt sich um Mäharbeiten in der freien Landschaft, die mit einem landwirtschaftlichen Trägerfahrzeug durchzuführen sind. Die Flächen werden teils einmal, teils mehrmals jährlich nach vorgegebenen Schnittzeitpunkten gemäht. Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass entgegen § 41 Abs. 1 SektVO die Vergabeunterlagen nicht vollständig sind und daher nicht zur Angebotsabgabe verwendet werden können. Gemäß § 41 Abs. 4 SektVO und auf Grundlage von § 107 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 GWB erhalten nur diejenigen Bewerber, die vom AG nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbes zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert werden, die für die Abgabe eines ersten verbindlichen Angebotes zu verwendenden vollständigen finalen Vergabeunterlagen.
