Description
La présente consultation concerne les prestations de conduite, l'entretien et la maintenance des installations d'eau sanitaire pour l'ensemble des sites de l'AP-HM. L'ensemble des sites de l'AP-HM figurent en annexe A du CCTP La consultation concerne un accord-cadre composite (forfait et bons de commande) et est compose de trois lots comme suit: - Lot n°1 : Site La Timone - Lot n°2 : Site Conception/ Sud - Lot n°3 : Site Nord Le descriptif techniques des prestations demandées est décrit au CCTP Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs précisés dans la rubrique "valeur estimée HT" sont indicatifs et non contractuels et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions). Ils comprennent la part forfaitaire et la part à bons de commande sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (périodes de reconductions comprises). La part à bons de commande comprend un montant maximum par lot. Les montants maximum propres à chaque lot sont précisés dans la partie " informations complémentaires" du lot considéré
