L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La valeur estimée indiquée correspond au montant maximum de l'accord-cadre, toutes périodes et tous lots confondus. Pour chaque lot, le montant estimé correspond à son maximum sur la durée totale. Les quantités estimatives par lot sont indiquées dans l'annexe 2 du Règlement de la consultation. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture des produits chimiques relevant des précédentes consultations déclarées infructueuses, à savoir : 2024-0716, 2024-0108 et 2024-0263
