L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions). Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le présent marché a pour objet de confier à un tiers la réalisation de prestations de stérilisation et le transport des dispositifs médicaux et articles réutilisables du Centre Hospitalier de Martigues. Cette prestation comprend la stérilisation des dispositifs médicaux à usage multiple (lavage, conditionnement, autoclavage), le conditionnement pour le transport, le transport entre le Centre Hospitalier de Martigues et le site du prestataire. Cette prestation comprend également la fourniture des armoires de transport, le nettoyage et l'entretien des armoires, le nettoyage de l'ensemble des conteneurs nécessaires au transport des dispositifs médicaux (propriété du Centre Hospitalier de Martigues)
