Description
Møre og Romsdal county invites tenderers to a competition to enter into a framework agreement for car hire services for the county and participating municipalities. The contracting authority would like tenders for the hire of passenger cars and goods vans in Norway. The procurement does not include used vehicle hire, leasing or other rental forms where the tenant takes over the property relationship to the vehicle upon completion. See further information on the assignment in the tender documentation point 1.2, Requirement Specifications (Annex 2), and Annex 3 - the Contracting Authority's requirements for the delivery in the annex to the contract (annex 7).
