Le marché a pour objet la maintenance d'équipements de marque CRYO BIOSYSTEMS, fourniture des pièces détachées, accessoires et consommables associés. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'accord-cadre est sans minimum et avec un maximum pour la durée totale du contrat soit 440.000,00Euro(s) HT. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction, à savoir 220 000 euro(s) HT
