Description

Tragwerksplanung nach §§49-52 i.V. mit Anhang 14 HOAIDie Gemeinde Mitteleschenbach beabsichtigt die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Mitteleschenbach.Das bestehende 3-geschossige Grundschulgebäude mit einer Grundfläche von 453 m² und einem Volumen von ca. 4.650 m³ soll vollständig saniert werden. Die Dachflächen wurden vor einigen Jahren saniert und sind zu erhalten.Mit einem neuen 2-geschossigen Anbau mit ca.420 m² Grundfläche und einem umbauten Raum von ca. 3.625 m³ wird die Schule erweitert.
