Description
On behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces, the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation shall procure a framework agreement for evacuee and relatives centres. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the Armed Forces' need for evacuees and relatives' centres in the event of national and international events, accidents and crises by having a safe and suitable place to receive and safeguard affected personnel, people who have been evacuated and relatives. The centre shall offer temporary shelter, care, food, medical help, information and other necessary services for those affected. The procurement process used is the Open Tender Contest.
