Description

The competition is for the provision of a child welfare administration professional system as a cloud based service (SaaS). The system shall take care of all parts of the case processing process and facilitate simple dialogue with inhabitants. The system shall use the components that come out of the government project DigiBarnevern and the education reform: National portal for population decare, inhabitant services, a child welfare quality system and reporting bank. In this contract, the following participants (joint purchasing party) - hereafter called the Contracting Authority/customer are: - Øvre Eiker municipality Lier municipality. - Midt-Buskerud child welfare services (Modum, Sigdal and Krødsherad municipalities) - Ringerike municipality. Hole municipality Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI), c/o Øvre Eiker municipality, announces and administers this framework agreement on behalf of the participants.
