Parallel framework agreements for plumbing work in Oslo and Akershus, excluding VAT. FolloDette is a procurement of a framework agreement for plumbing and electrical installation works in Oslo. According to the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 (4), criteria can be in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations§ 7-9 (4). PPR § 7-9 in accordance with the second and third paragraphs is replaced by requirements where this gives a clearly better climate and environmental effect. This procurement uses the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (4), since the climate and environmental requirements connected to the contract have a clearly better climate and environmental effect than the use of the award criteria. The justification is given as an annex to the tender documents.
