Description

The competition is for the delivery of water meter reading as a cloud based service and the procurement of water meters adapted for remote reading. The assembly of water meters is not included in the service. The contracting authority in this framework agreement is Øvre Romerike Procurement Cooperation (ØRIK). Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid (ØRIK) is a binding cooperation between Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker municipalities. Through ØRIK, these municipalities shall, where practically possible, seek cooperation when entering into procurement agreements for goods and services. Ullensaker municipality is not participating in this procurement. The procurement ́s value for the programme for water meter reading is estimated to be NOK 400,000 excluding VAT per annum for.
