Description
Los Nummer 3 der 2021 geschlossenen SAP-Rahmenvereinbarung deckt unter anderem die Rolle „Projektleitung“ ab. Für insgesamt 7 Einzelverträge mit dieser Rolle soll jeweils ein Nachtrag bis 31.05.2024 erstellt werden. Die Nachträge sind notwendig, da der Zuschlag im Rahmen der EU-weiten Ausschreibung für eine neue Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Vertragspartnern für Beratungsdienstleistungen im Bereich SAP nicht wie geplant bis Mitte März 2024 erteilt werden konnte. Ziel ist es, die zeitliche Beratungslücke zwischen dem Laufzeitende der Einzelaufträge bis zur Zuschlagserteilung auf die neue Rahmenvereinbarung zu schließen
