Description
Et 2-foton- og fluorescens-lifetime mikroskopsystem med white-light tunable laser, intern detektion med spektralfiltring, flere foton-counting detektorer, som er følsomme for et vidt emissionsspektrum, og også ekstern (NDD) spektrometrisk filtring med detektorer for 2-photon emission, samt den fornødne software for at måle second- and third harmonics (specifikke vibrationer fra væbindevævstrukturer), et kammersystem som kontrollerer temperatur og CO2 content for live imaging af pattedyrceller og cancerogene cellekulturer. Et confokalt CRS mikroskopsystem som tillader at måle RAMAN spektre i forward og backward retning (Coherent Anti Raman Spektroskopi) med lasere til violet, blå, grøn og rød fluorescens og software for styring pump- og Stokes lasere, samt de konventionelle confokale modi.
