Neubau einer 8-gruppigen Kita als Ersatzgebäude der Kita Blandine-Merten-Haus, die beim Ahrhochwasser 2021 zerstört wurde. - 2-geschossiger Baukörper in Massivbauweise mit WDVS, z. T. Holzfassade - Baugrundstück ca. 4.465 m². - Nettoraumfläche von rund 1.925 m². - Kita-Plätzen Platz für 25 U3-Kinder und 150 Ü3-Kinder. - Hochwasserangepasste Bauweise im Überschwemmungsgebiet - Fernwärme und PV - Zentrale Lüftungsanlage Im Rahmen des Los 11 - Schlosserarbeiten ist folgende Beschaffung erforderlich: - Vordachanlage Stahl verzinkt Haupt-Tragkonstruktion ca. 3.700 kg - 2-geschoss. Eingangsturm Stahl verzinkt, Haupt-Tragkonstruktion ca. 3750 kg - 2-geschoss.
