Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Subscription- bzw. Mietmodell) inklusive der Pflege und Supportleistungen des Herstellers RegScale (Produkt: RegScale Platform inkl. Softwarepflege und Support sowie über softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen (Implementierungs-, Customizings- und Schulungsleistungen) im Zuge eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV mit einer Obergrenze von bis zu 7.286.353,50 Euro (netto) zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
