Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über Supscription für die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb, die Wartung sowie den Support einer Standard-ePA (COTS) gemäß der gematik Spezifikationen als SaaS-Lösung für die Einführung der elektronischen Patientenakte der Bundeswehr (ePABw) im Wege des Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu sieben Jahren abgeschlossen
