Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem einzigen Partner über den Kauf von Hardwareprodukten in Form von Racks inkl. zugehörigem Zubehör wie Kabel, Netzteile, Splitter und weitere sowie deren Lieferung an einen definierten BWI Hub im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb (gem. § 11 Abs. 1 VSVgV) zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 7 Jahren abgeschlossen.
