Description
Die BWI (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über eine mobile Ausstattung der Ausbildungsanlage D-LBO Basic inklusive Verpackungsmaterial und Netzteil sowie Verkauf und Lieferung von Hardware in Höhe von bis zu 907.055€ (netto) (Obergrenze 1.360.583€ (netto) - siehe Auftragswertschätzung zum EVV) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal sieben Jahren, bestehend aus einer Grundlaufzeit von 2 Jahren sowie fünf Verlängerungsoptionen von jeweils einem Jahr, abgeschlossen. Insgesamt werden 8 mobile Ausstattungen der Ausbildungsanlage D-LBO Basic beschafft und an den Kunden Bundeswehr zu Schulungs- und Ausbildungszwecken übergeben.
