Die BWI GmbH erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen (Miete) inkl. Softwarepflege und Support (als Subscription-Modell) sowie Implementierungs-, Migrations- und Schulungsleistungen für ein Personaleinsatzplanungstool im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
