Description
Die BWI GmbH erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung (Miete in Form einer Subskription) von Softwarelizenzen inkl. Softwarepflege und Support (im Folgenden: "SW-Pflege") für die Produkte "GitLab Ultimate und GitLab Premium" des Herstellers GitLab Inc. für den Eigenbetrieb und den Kunden Bundeswehr im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 48 Monaten abgeschlossen.
