Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag über Support- und Pflegeleistungen für bis zu 100 Arbeitsplatzlizenzen der Anwendungssoftware "N-COREBw" im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach §§ 14 Abs.4 Nr. 2 lit. c) VgV an den Hersteller "ESG Elektroniksystem und Logistik GmbH" zu vergeben, um die Informationssicherheit bzw. IT-Sicherheit und damit die Einsatzreife des Produkts "N-COREBw" aufrecht zu erhalten. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 48 Monaten abgeschlossen. Leistungsbestandteil des Rahmenvertrages (RV) sollen insbesondere die folgenden Komponenten sein: -Bug fixes sowie Verbesserungen ( (ggf. Anpassungsleistungen oder notwendige Weiterentwicklungen), die im Rahmen des internationalen N-Core User Workshop in die Software als Standard aufgenommen werden, Lieferung von Software Updates und Patches -Lieferung von Dokumentations-Updates -Fehlerbehebung-Hotline Support- Informationsservice
