Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung über 62 Nutzer-Lizenzen, 2 Admin-Lizenzen, 1.500 Lizenzen für Integrierte Live-Tracker (eine Art Modul zu der SW Formation Asset Tracking) sowie Support und Hosting von Server & Software (Subscription) für die Software Formation Asset Tracking des Herstellers FORMATION GmbH im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 12 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. c VSVgV zu beschaffen. Die 62 Nutzer-Lizenzen, 2 Admin-Lizenzen, 1.500 Lizenzen für Integrierte Live-Tracker sowie Support und Hosting von Server & Software für die Software Formation Asset Tracking (Subscription) werden für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren und sechs Monaten beschafft und haben einen Auftragswert von 399.882 € Euro netto und eine Obergrenze von 599.823 € Euro netto
