Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, einen einzelnen Rahmenvertrag über den Bezug von Softwarelizenzen inklusive Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen entweder als 1. Mietlizenzen inkl. Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen als Einzel- oder Unternehmenslizenz ODER 2. Kauflizenzen zzgl. Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen als Einzel- oder Unternehmenslizenz und Dienstleistungen für Implementierung, Schulungen und Migration im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbwerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer festen Laufzeit von 4 Jahren und 3-maliger Verlängerungsoptionen von jeweils 12 Monaten abgeschlossen.
