Description
Die BWI (im Folgendem "BWI") erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem einzigen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer für die Nutzung einer virtuellen Whiteboard-Lösung, eine Software-as-a-Service-Lösung (im Folgendem "SaaS"), im Wege eines Offenes Verfahren zu beschaffen. Neben der SaaS-Lösung sind Bereitstellungsleistungen und bedarfsweise lösungsspezifische Schulungen Vertragsbestandteil. Der Vertrag soll mit einer einjährigen Laufzeit abgeschlossen werden, die jedoch maximal bis zu dreimal optional verlängert werden kann, so dass die Gesamtlaufzeit auf vier Jahre begrenzt ist.
