Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag über die Bewschaffung einer Software zur Abrechnung der Reisekosten der BWI Mitarbeitenden inkl. Hosting in einer vom Bieter bereitzustellenden Public Cloud in Höhe von geschätzt 3.280.816 Euro netto mit einer Obergrenze von 4.921.224 Euro netto im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 17 Abs. 1 VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von drei Jahren und einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung von einmal zwölf Monaten abgeschlossen.
