Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über Softwareli-zenzen sowie Pflege- und Supportleistungen (Software Assurance) der Firma Microsoft in Hö-he von bis zu 438.893.340,00,00 EUR (netto) mit einer maximalen Obergrenze von 658.340.010,00,00 EUR (netto) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewett-bewerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 S. 1, 2. Alt. VSVgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
