Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über Produkte von "Elasticsearch" über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Miete) inkl. produktenahe Dienstleistungen sowie Softwarepflege und Support Dienst- und Schulungsleistungen für den Eigenbetrieb BWI und Zielbetrieb Bundeswehr in Höhe von bis zu 11.482.689 Euro netto mit einer Obergrenze von 17.224.000 Euro netto im Wege eines Offenes Verfahren (gem. § 15 VgV) abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung von zweimal zwölf Monaten abgeschlossen (vier Jahre Gesamtlaufzeit gem. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV).
