Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitliche begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Subscription/Miete) inklusive Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen für das Produkt Avantra - Enterprise Edition sowie Schulungsleistungen und Customizing für den Eigenbetrieb BWI in Höhe von 3.100.000,00 Euro (netto) und einer Obergrenze von 4.650.000,00 Euro (netto) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnah-mewettbewerb nach §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. c) VgV an den Hersteller Syslink Xandria Ltd dba Avantra zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren (2 Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit 2-maliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 Jahr) abgeschlossen. Zur Aufrechterhaltung des sicheren Rz-Betriebes ist für den SASPF (Standard-Anwendungs-Software-Produkt-Familien) Betrieb die zentrale Überwachungs-, Alarmierungs- und Automatisierungssoftware (Nutzungsüberlassungsrechte) zu beschaffen.
