Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem einzigen Partner über Überlassung von Lizenzen (sowohl Kauf als auch Miete) jeweils inkl. Softwarepflege und Support sowie die Erbringung von softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen für Produkte der IBM-Software-Preisliste (nicht z-Software) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens (gem. §§ 14 Abs. 2 Satz 1, 15 VgV) zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
