Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen einzigen Rahmenvertrag über Support/ Wartung/ Pflegeleistungen für in der BWI vorhandene Kauf-Lizenzen für die Software "TrueSight Server Automation" des Herstellers BMC sowie die zeitlich begrenzte Miete (Subscription) von Lizenzen für die Software "TrueSight Server Automation" des Herstellers BMC sowie etwaige softwarenahe Dienstleistungen im Wege eines Offenen Verfahrens zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
