Justitieel Complex Zeist is gevestigd aan de Richelleweg 13 te Soesterberg. Het complex huisvest zowel doelgroepen uit het strafrecht, als vreemdelingen die het land moeten verlaten. De opdracht betreft het advieswerk t.b.v. het vervangen van diverse binnen beveiligingsinstallaties, de realisatie van een nieuwe centrale meldkamer, de voorbereiding op implementatie Rijkspas en het realiseren van een redundant glasvezelnetwerk binnen de ringmuur van JC Zeist. Advies- en ontwerpwerkzaamheden op de volgende disciplines: Bouwkunde, civiel, constructie, architectuur, interieurarchitectuur, kosten, (brand)beveiliging, ICT, bouwfysica, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, directievoering & toezicht.
