Description
Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses (inkl. Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung) unter Einbeziehung der Buchführung und des Lageberichtes nach § 317 HGB, die Prüfung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsführung nach § 53 HGrG für die BWI GmbH für das zum 31.12.2026 endende Geschäftsjahr und die nachfolgenden drei Geschäftsjahre.
