Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt Rahmenvereinbarungen in zwei Losen über ein zeitlich unbegrenztes Nutzungsrecht von Kauf-Lizenzen inkl. Softwarepflege und Support, sowie Implementierungs-, Dienst- und Schulungsleistungen über eine Software zur Entwicklung, Verteilung und Administration von Outlook-Addins im Zielbetrieb der Bundeswehr und im Eigenbetrieb der BWI von bis zu 13.065.620,56 Euro (Obergrenze: 19.598.430,85 EUR netto, siehe Anlage 1 Auftragswertschätzung), im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens (gem. §§ 14 Abs. 2 Satz 1, 15 VgV) zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
