Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, vor dem Hintergrund einer Hardware Regenerationsmaßnahme, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die Beschaffung von Kanaleinbauswitches (im Folgenden KES), bestehend aus Hard- und Software im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung von Hardware einschließlich systemrelevanter Firmware in Form von KES Netzwerkkomponenten mit Power-over-Ethernet Funktionalität zur LAN bezogenen Anbindung von Endgeräten. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren (zwei Jahre Grundlaufzeit und mit zweimaliger Verlängerung um je 12 Monate Jahren Verlängerung) abgeschlossen. Es ist keine Mindestabnahmemenge vorgesehen.
