Description
Die BWI erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Serviceleistung des Versands und den Empfang von SMS-Nachrichten inklusive der Bereitstellung von Schnittstellen und Mobilfunkrufnummern in Höhe von ca. 524.232 Euro netto mit einer Obergrenze von 786.348 Euro netto im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens (gem. § 15 VgV) abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung von zweimal zwölf Monaten abgeschlossen (vier Jahre Gesamtlaufzeit gem. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV).
