Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Software inklusive der Erbringung von Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen sowie den Bezug von einem zur Software zuge-hörigen Premium Support und weiteren softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen für den Eigenbetrieb BWI und Zielbetrieb Bundeswehr, in Höhe von ca. netto 7.555.000,00 Euro und einer Obergrenze von ca. netto 11.332.000,00 Euro im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 11 Abs. 1 S. 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV auszuschreiben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung von fünf mal zwölf Monaten abgeschlossen.
