Description
Die BWI sowie die Schwestergesellschaften Bundeswehr Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (im Folgenden: "BwBM") und HIL Heeresinstandsetzungslogistik GmbH (im Folgenden: "HIL") beabsichtigen jeweils einen Rahmenvertrag für die Bereitstellung von Leasingleistungen zur Nutzung von Pkw und Nutzfahrzeugen inkl. Serviceleistungen und Kfz-Versicherung an jeweils einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 VgV mit einem geschätzten Auftragswert in Höhe von bis zu 42.526.885,00 EUR (netto) (Obergrenze 63.790.328,00 EUR) für das Los 1, 15.575.608,90 EUR (netto) (Obergrenze 23.363.413,36 EUR) für das Los 2 und 2.203.200,00 EUR (netto) (Obergrenze 3.304.800,00 EUR) für das Los 3 zu vergeben.
