Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Softwarelizenzen und Softwarepflege für das Produkt Apollo (Los 1) sowie Releasemanagement und Weiterentwicklung an dem Produkt Apollo (Los 2) im Wege des Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 3 VgV abzuschließen. Die bereits gekauften und eingesetzten Lizenzen müssen weiterhin unter Pflege gehalten werden. Es handelt sich insbesondere für das Los 1 um die im Einsatz befindlichen Tools: 1 APOLLO Base - GuV Planung und Reporting, 1 APOLLO Balance Control - Bilanz und Cashflow, 1 APOLLO Cost Center Control - Kostenstellenplanung, 1 APOLLO Invest Control - Investitionsplanung, 1 APOLLO HR-Control - Personalplanung, 500 APOLLO User,1 QUBEdocs. Die Pflege für IBM Planning Analytics erfolgt zusammen mit APOLLO. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von 2 Jahren Grundlaufzeit und zwei Verlängerungsoptionen zu je 12 Monaten abgeschlossen.
