Description
Die BWI GmbH erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung an einen Partner über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Subscription/ Miete inkl. Softwarepflege und Support) sowie über softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen (unterstützende Dienstleistungen im Rahmen der Implementierung der Software und im Lebenszyklus des Vertrages) für eine Software "Object-Storage-Software-Lösung" in Höhe von ca. 5.565.000,00 Euro netto (Obergrenze: 8.347.500,00 EUR netto im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens (gem. §§ 14 Abs. 2 Satz 1, 15 VgV) zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen. Die Object-Storage-Software-Lösung soll im Projekt pCloudBw zum Management und der Verwaltung des Object-Storage des dem System bereitgestellten Datenspeichers zum Einsatz kommen.
