Description

Die BWI GmbH erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen (Miete) inklusive Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen als Subscription-Modell der Datenbanksoftware "MongoDB Enterprise Advanced Server Subscription" (im Folgenden: "MongoDB") im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer zweimaligen Verlängerungsoption von 12 Monaten abgeschlossen (maximale Laufzeit vier Jahre).
