Description
Die BWI erwägt für Los eins und zwei jeweils einen Rahmenvertrag in Höhe von 2.9 Mio € und einer Obergrenze von 4.35 Mio € mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer pro Los zur Beschaffung von einem gesamtheitlichen Überwachungssystem von der Fa. Kentix zu schließen. Der Rahmenvertrag wird jeweils mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu 4 Jahren geschlossen und setzt sich aus drei Jahren Grundlaufzeit und einem Jahr Verlängerungsoption zusammen. Der Auftragsgeber beabsichtigt vom Auftragnehmer Kentix-Produkte in Form von Hard- und Software-Produkten sowie die zugehörigen Wartungs-, Pflege- und Supportleistungen und weitere Vertragsleistungen auf Basis einer oder mehreren Einzelaufträgen nach Maßgabe des Rahmenvertrages zu erwerben.
