Description
Die BWI GmbH erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem einzigen Partner über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Adobe Softwareprodukten (Subscription/Miete inkl. Support) sowie über softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen im Wege eines Offenes Verfahren gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren, aufgeteilt in 2 Jahre Grundlaufzeit sowie einer einseitigen, zweimaligen Verlängerungsoption über jeweils weitere 12 Monate, abgeschlossen.
