Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Bereich SAP BI. Der Auftrag umfasst Pflege, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Altsysteme (BI-System und UBIS) sowie Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen im Kontext der Migration und Konzeption des zukünftigen BI-Systems im Rahmen des Projektes „GaBI – Geschäftsprozessanalyse mit Business Intelligence“. Einschließlich Leistungen im Bereich Change Management und organisatorischer Transformationsbegleitung zur Einführung einer datengetriebenen Steuerungskultur.
