Description
Die BWI erwägt pro Los (zwei Lose) jeweils eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb eines zentralen Netzübergangs und von lokalen SIP-Trunks sowie über die Erbringung von Service- und sonstigen Telekommunikationsleistungen (Los 1) und eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb von Einzelanschlüssen sowie über die Erbringung von Service- und sonstigen Telekommunikationsleistungen (Los 3) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb zu vergeben. Die Verträge werden jeweils mit einer Laufzeit von maximal sieben Jahren (48 Monate Grundlaufzeit, mit der Option zur Verlängerung um jeweils 3 mal 12 Monate) abgeschlossen. Der Leistungsbeginn erfolgt unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung, jedoch spätestens zum 15.05.2024. Die Rahmenvereinbarung für Los 1 hat einen geschätzten Auftragswert in Höhe von 37.350.000, 00 EUR und einer Gesamtobergrenze von 56.025.000,00 EUR netto.
