Description
Die BWI hat auf Grundlage eines Miniwettbewerbes über den Rahmenvertrag „1431-CS-DL Pool VgV Los 3“ einen Einzelvertrag mit der Firma IBM iX Germany GmbH (im Folgenden: IBM iX) über agile Coachingleistungen i. H. v. 318.000,00 Euro netto geschlossen. Die BWI hat den oben näher bezeichneten Vertrag mit der IBM iX gemäß § 132 Abs. 2 S. 1 Nr. 3 i.V.m. § 132 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB ohne Durchführung eines neuen Vergabeverfahrens in Höhe von 159.000,00 Euro erweitern. Die Änderung des Auftrags ist notwendig geworden, da die vom Auftraggeber geforderten und zu liefernden Anforderungen im Umfang deutlich gestiegen sind. Die Grenze nach § 132 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB in Höhe von 50 % des ursprünglichen Auftragswertes wird nicht überschritten.
